近年重量訓練成為風潮,國民黨立委洪孟楷邀請平時有運動習慣的
同黨立委蔣萬安、 謝衣鳳,以及台北市議員李明賢、徐弘庭、李柏毅、耿葳,向民眾分
享居家健身動作, 在示範完基本訓練後,蔣萬安看到一旁的健身器材,還秀了一手「槓
鈴臥推」, 當天他身穿黑色緊身上衣,重訓後好身材藏不住。 洪孟楷分享的居家健身
動作,包括仰臥起坐、仰臥起坐、深蹲等,可訓練胸、腹肌群,他 表示,過年期間大魚
大肉,但其實在家運動不一定需要專業器材,透過幾個簡單動作也能 訓練肌群,保持好
身材。 民代們一一示範完畢後,平時保持健身習慣的蔣萬安看到一旁的健身器材,忍不
住秀了一 手「槓鈴臥推」,最重重量達到50公斤,都能輕鬆完成。蔣萬安表示, 經過穩
定的訓練之後,一般來說都可以做到跟自己體重一樣的重量。
